Our cloud-based service is now Precise Visit by EastCoast
Formerly known as EastCoast Visit Online, our service has a new, clearer name. Precise Visit by EastCoast reflects our commitment to clarity, precision, and innovation – while keeping the same trusted features and service you rely on.
It’s the same team and the same product as before. So what does this mean for you as a customer? We began this journey when EastCoast was acquired by Precise Biometrics. Now we’re taking the next step to make the service simpler, easier to understand, and to offer more services in the same style.
This means we’re still the same dedicated team, but thanks to the rebranding we can leverage more internal resources and make the service even better going forward. We also aim to reach more markets and offer our solution to existing customers with global operations. All of this becomes easier and clearer with the new brand – that’s the whole purpose of the change.
The name change will happen gradually, so it may take some time before the new name appears everywhere – but we’re working to update everything as quickly as possible. This will not affect your contracts, customer relationships, or the service you receive. Everything will continue as usual.
